Exclude Specific Coupons from Checkout
You can now exclude selected redemption options from appearing in the Shopify Checkout Extension.
This allows you to run targeted campaigns, such as reactivation offers, VIP-only rewards, or segment-specific promotions, without exposing those coupons to all shoppers at checkout.

Manage exclusions directly from the Shopify admin editor within the checkout extension settings.

Manually Manage Customer Opt-In/Out Status
You can now manually update a customer’s opt-in or opt-out status directly from the Customer Profile page. This allows you to immediately control a shopper’s loyalty program eligibility with the click of a button.

If you’re using tag-based eligibility rules (configured under Settings > Program Exclusions), those rules will override manual changes. To update eligibility successfully, make sure any conflicting include/exclude tags are removed from the customer’s profile first.

New Trends Added to Loyalty Tiers Performance Dashboard
The Trends section of the Loyalty Tiers Performance Dashboard now includes additional metrics to help you better track program performance.
What’s new?

New Trends for:
- Tier members count
- Total orders by tier
- Redeemers count and redemption rate per tier
These new views make it easier to monitor tier growth, engagement, and purchasing behavior over time.

Loyalty Tiers
Live Rewards and Benefits Editing Now Available for Loyalty Tiers
You can now activate your Loyalty Tiers program using entry thresholds only, and add rewards and benefits later.
Once activated, tier logic runs automatically, including recalculations, Shopify tag syncing, and ESP syncing. This lets you verify tier placement, customer movement, and data syncing before launching on-site widgets, communications, or rewards.

Rewards and benefits added after activation apply moving forward only and are not retroactive. Learn more
