We've redesigned the Customer Profile page to deliver faster access to your customers' loyalty and referral information.

The updated experience offers improved page performance, a cleaner interface, and a more intuitive layout, making it easier to view customer activity, understand loyalty status, and manage customer inquiries.
You can now configure a tier entry reward to include both points and a discount as a single reward. This lets you combine multiple incentives without creating separate rewards!

We’ve released a
new Loyalty & Referrals homepage
designed to give you a quick, high-level view of your program performance and business impact.
As part of this update, we’re also introducing a new metric:
Active Loyalty Members
(ALMs). These are customers who actively engaged with your loyalty program within the last 12 months by redeeming points or rewards.

With the new homepage, you can:
  • Compare Active Loyalty Members and Redeemers in separate views
  • Measure incremental revenue generated by loyalty participation
  • Track customer behavior metrics like AOV, Repeat Purchase Rate, and average revenue per customer
  • Analyze both long-term loyalty engagement and direct reward redemption impact
  • Filter data by different reporting periods

Available on Shopify & Shopify Plus.
We've launched a new Rewards Performance Dashboard designed to help you understand the business impact of your rewards program.

The dashboard helps you:
  • Understand how much revenue is driven by redeemers
  • Measure the incremental revenue generated by your rewards program
  • Compare redeemer and non-redeemer behavior across key business metrics, such as order value, purchase frequency, and repeat purchase rate
  • Track loyalty participation and reward redemption trends over time
  • Evaluate the direct impact and cost of loyalty-driven orders
Use these insights to better understand the return on your loyalty investment and make more informed decisions about your rewards strategy.
You can now choose whether customer actions completed before joining your loyalty program should count toward Loyalty Tier qualification.

What’s new?
When activating a Loyalty Tiers program,
you can include or exclude pre-opt-in actions from tier calculations
, giving you more flexibility over how customers qualify for tiers. By default, pre-opt-in actions are included.

Only Members Who Signed Up
eligibility setting.
What’s new?

You can now assign multiple Admins to your Yotpo account, making it easier for teams to manage account access and settings without relying on a single user.

What’s new
  • The previous Admin role is now called
    Owner
  • You can assign the new Admin role to additional teammates
  • Admins have the same product and account permissions as the Owner
  • Account ownership remains limited to
    one Owner per account
  • Ownership transfers are handled through Support
  • When changing a role from Staff to Admin, the user may need to log out and log in again to refresh their access
Why it matters
Multiple Admins remove the single-user bottleneck for account management. This gives teams more flexibility, reduces dependency on one person, and improves access management across the account.
Available for all platforms on Pro, Premium, and Enterprise plans.
Customer profile merges performed in Shopify are now automatically synced to Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals.
When profiles are merged in Shopify, the merged customer record in Yotpo is updated accordingly, combining loyalty data into a single profile.
When profiles are merged:
  • Loyalty data (points, rewards, history) is combined
  • The highest tier is retained
  • No duplicate one-time rewards are issued
To enable this capability, you’ll need to re-login to the Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals app from Shopify to refresh permissions. This is a one-time step. Once completed, all future customer profile merges in Shopify will automatically sync to Yotpo.
