A new Dotdigital-built integration is now available in the Integrations Center, replacing the legacy Yotpo-built version.
The new integration ensures:
- Reliable syncing via Dotdigital’s latest APIs
- Flexible data sync, including points, tiers, and referrals
- Event-based automation for loyalty actions (e.g., points changes, referrals)
- Simpler setup, started in Yotpo and completed in Dotdigital
