We’ve released a
new Loyalty & Referrals homepage
designed to give you a quick, high-level view of your program performance and business impact.As part of this update, we’re also introducing a new metric:
Active Loyalty Members
(ALMs). These are customers who actively engaged with your loyalty program within the last 12 months by redeeming points or rewards.
With the new homepage, you can:
- Compare Active Loyalty Members and Redeemers in separate views
- Measure incremental revenue generated by loyalty participation
- Track customer behavior metrics like AOV, Repeat Purchase Rate, and average revenue per customer
- Analyze both long-term loyalty engagement and direct reward redemption impact
- Filter data by different reporting periods
